    Functional Strength, 6:00-6:30am et.
    Beginner Strength, 8:30-9:00am et.

  • Tuesdays -
    Advanced Strength/HIIT, 7:30-8:00am et.
    KINSTRENGTH, 8:00-8:30am et.

  • Wednesdays -
    Functional Strength, 6:00-6:30am et.
    Beginner Strength, 8:30-9:00am et.

  • Thursdays -
    Advanced Strength, 7:30-8:00am et.
    KINSTRENGTH, 8:00-8:30am et.

  • Saturdays (minimum of 8 classes) -
    KINSTRENGTH, a combo of mobility, core & strength, 8:00-9:00am et.

Functional Strength classes build total-body strength, balance, and stability to support the movements you rely on every day.

ADVANCED STRENGTH / HIIT
Strong muscles. Strong heart. Strong energy.

Advanced Strength/HIIT classes use dynamic strength work and interval training to build muscle, improve endurance, and keep your body performing at its best. Tuesday class is HIIT focused. Thursday class focuses on strength.

KINSTRENGTH ℠
Strong joints. Strong body. Strong life.

KINSTRENGTH is a JRAPPFIT-developed class that builds your joint health, mobility, and control through intentional strength work and movement patterns that support how you move every day. All levels are welcome.

BEGINNER STRENGTH
Rebuild strength. Restore confidence. Move forward.

Beginner Strength classes help you safely rebuild muscle, stability, and confidence with guided movements designed for all levels and every stage of life.
