Each day, you will receive a new one minute video with a fun plank variation that gets progressively more challenging during the month. If you start the challenge after May 1, the challenge will run for the subsequent 31 days.
All of the proceeds from the plank challenge will be donated to the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation, the leading health organization dedicated to preventing osteoporosis and broken bones, promoting strong bones for life and reducing human suffering through programs of public and clinician awareness, education, advocacy and research.
