  • Mondays (starting Mon 7/13) -
    Beginner Strength, 8:30-9:00am et.
    Functional Strength, 5:00-5:30pm et.

  • Tuesdays (starting Tues 7/14) -
    Advanced Strength/HIIT, 7:30-8:00am et.
    KINSTRENGTH, 8:00-8:30am et.

  • Wednesdays -
    Beginner Strength, 8:30-9:00am et.
    Functional Strength, 5:00-5:30pm et.

  • Thursdays -
    Advanced Strength, 7:30-8:00am et.
    KINSTRENGTH, 8:00-8:30am et.

  • Saturdays (minimum of 5 classes) -
    KINSTRENGTH, a combo of mobility, core & strength, 8:00-9:00am et.

  • Requires completion of waiver and assessment.
