KINSTRENGTH emphasises:

  • Joint-Specific Training Focusing on the unique range of motion for each joint.

  • Active Mobility Developing strength to control your joints through their full range, rather than just passive stretching.

  • Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs) Slow, deliberate movements to explore and improve every degree of joint movement.

  • Progressive Loading Gradually conditioning joint tissues for greater resilience.

  • Body Awareness (Proprioception) Enhancing your ability to feel and control your body's position.
