KINSTRENGTH focuses on range of motion for each joint, with a progressive series of exercises, moving from dynamic flexibility stretching to controlled movements with resistance

Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs) Slow, deliberate movements to explore and improve every degree of joint movement.
Progressive Loading Gradually conditioning joint tissues for greater resilience.
Body Awareness (Proprioception) Enhancing your ability to feel and control your body's position.
