    Functional Strength, 6:00-6:30am et.
    Beginner Strength, 8:00-8:30am et.

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays -
    Advanced Strength / HIIT, 7:30-8:00am et.
    Kinstrength, 8:00-8:30am et.

  • Saturdays (6 classes, alternating weeks)
    KINSTRENGTH, 8:00-8:50am
    Full-body strength, core and mobility/stretch

  • October Challenge
    BOO’ST Your Bones - 1 minute daily challenge

Includes an optional 1:1 check-in and assessment.

  • Over 80 new live classes during the session.

  • Live classes delivered via Zoom.

  • Minimum of 10 live classes in each weekday time slot during the session (and 6 Saturday classes).

  • Access to library of recorded classes in addition to live classes on YouTube for duration of session.

  • Requires completion of waiver and assessment.
