7:30-8:00am et.Fridays - KINSTRENGTH, a combo of mobility, core & strength (all levels welcome), 9:00-10:00am et.

Over 40 new live classes during the session.
Live classes delivered via Zoom.
Minimum of 10 live classes in each time slot during the session.
Access to library of recorded classes in addition to live classes on YouTube for duration of session.
New clients required to complete waiver and 10-minute assessment call.
