  • Tuesdays - Advanced Strength / HIIT,
    8:00-8:40am et.

  • Wednesdays - Functional Strength,
    6:15-6:45am et.

  • Thursdays - Functional Strength (all levels welcome),
    8:00-8:40am et.

  • Saturdays - KINSTRENGTH, a combo of mobility, core & strength (all levels welcome), 9:00-10:00am et.

Includes an optional 1:1 check-in and assessment.

  • Over 50 new live classes during the session.

  • Live classes delivered via Zoom.

  • Minimum of 10 live classes in each time slot during the session.

  • Access to library of recorded classes in addition to live classes on YouTube for duration of session.

  • Requires completion of waiver and assessment.
