20 minute versions of Fall Strength schedule, plus additional time slots

Preliminary live online class schedule, subject to change:

  • Mondays - Functional Strength,
    6:10-6:30am et.

  • Tuesdays - Advanced Strength / HIIT,
    8:00-8:20am et.

  • Wednesdays - Functional Strength,
    6:10-6:30am et.

  • Thursdays - Beginner Strength,
    8:00-8:20am et.

  • Thursdays - Advanced Strength 8:00-8:40 et.

  • Fridays - Functional Strength,
    6:10-6:30am et.

  • Fridays - KINSTRENGTH, a combo of mobility, core & strength (all levels welcome) - 5:00-5:20pm et.

Includes an optional 1:1 check-in and assessment.
