    Functional Strength, 6:00-6:30am et.
    Beginner Strength, 8:30-9:00am et.

  • Tuesdays -
    Advanced Strength/HIIT, 7:30-8:00am et.

  • Wednesdays -
    Functional Strength, 6:00-6:30am et.
    Beginner Strength, 8:30-9:00am et.

  • Thursdays -
    KINSTRENGTH, 7:30-8:00am et.
    Advanced Strength/HIIT, 8:00-8:30am et.
    January only - Bodyweight HIIT, 6:00-6:25am et.

  • Saturdays (minimum of 8 classes) -
    KINSTRENGTH, a combo of mobility, core & strength, 8:00-9:00am et.

  • Live classes delivered via Zoom.

  • Minimum of 10 live classes in each weekday time slot during the session (minimum 6 Saturday classes and 4 January only Thursday Bodyweight/HIIT)

  • Access to library of recorded classes in addition to live classes on YouTube for duration of session.

  • Requires completion of waiver and assessment.
