Live online class schedule:

  • Mondays -
    Functional Strength, 6:00-6:30am et.
    Beginner Strength, 8:30-9:00am et.

  • Tuesdays -
    Advanced Strength/HIIT, 7:30-8:00am et.
    KINSTRENGTH, 8:00-8:30am et.

  • Wednesdays -
    Functional Strength, 6:00-6:30am et.
    Beginner Strength, 8:30-9:00am et.

  • Thursdays -
    KINSTRENGTH, 7:30-8:00am et.
    Advanced Strength/HIIT, 8:00-8:30am et.
    January only - Bodyweight HIIT, 6:00-6:25am et.

  • Saturdays (minimum of 8 classes) -
    KINSTRENGTH, a combo of mobility, core & strength, 8:00-9:00am et.
