🏓 From Pickleball to Planks — Let’s Find Your Strength!

I recently jumped into a beginner Pickleball class — and let’s just say, it was a hoot! I’m way more comfortable wandering through the woods than figuring out what’s happening in the "kitchen" (if you know, you know 😂). But hey, it’s more outdoor time, more laughs, and definitely more fun exercise!
Planks? Same story.
My first plank attempt? Maybe 5 seconds — and pretty sure I was doing everything wrong. But with a little consistency (and a lot of giggles), I built strength, confidence, and a whole lot more endurance.
Planks are an awesome total-body exercise that fire up your core, arms, back, and legs — making everyday things like walking, working, and carrying all the grocery bags feel way easier.
