This month, JRAPPFIT Health & Wellness proudly celebrates 5 years of empowering women to stay strong—through exercise, nutrition, and behavior change coaching.
What makes this milestone even more meaningful is the journey it has taken to get here. Day by day, year by year, JRAPPFIT is getting STRONGER—just like the women we support.
I’m also incredibly honored to share that I’ve been elected to the Board of Trustees for the Bone Health & Osteoporosis Foundation (BHOF).
My sincere thanks to Barbara Grufferman and Claire Gill for believing in the importance of having an exercise specialist and nutrition coach at the table in the fight for better bone health and fracture prevention.
Just last week, I attended our first in-person board meeting in Washington, D.C., followed by a three-day Interdisciplinary Symposium on Osteoporosis and Bone Health.
I was in awe—surrounded by over 300 physicians, clinicians, and rehab specialists sharing cutting-edge research, therapies, and strategies for advancing goal-oriented, team-based care.
But my commitment to bone health isn’t new.
It’s personal.
Born with displaced hips, I’ve lived through multiple surgeries, bone deformities, and osteoarthritis. I’ve been an advocate for bone health for over 50 years—because this is my WHY. And it's why I continue to champion preventive care, starting with movement and nutrition.
