Meet my mom (pictured above) — she began resistance training almost 5 years ago and has become one of my most consistent clients.

She trains 3 times a week, just 30 minutes per session using bands, a ball, a wall, a chair, free weights, and now — a real weight bench! 💪

But that’s not all — she’s also transformed her nutrition:

🌱 She adds chia seeds
🥤 She enjoys smoothies

Her journey is proof that age is not a barrier to strength, health, or change. She’s vibrant, strong, and living an active life she loves.
